The Celebration bottle, a non-potable carbonated solution, is proposed as a sustainable alternative to avoid wasting sparkling wine at festive events.

Inspired by the practice of many 20th-century Italian winemakers, the historic process of carbonating still wines was adopted to give Celebration a pressure of 5-6 atmospheres, similar to that of French Champagne.

This technological choice requires highly resistant bottles and stoppers, comparable to those used for high-quality sparkling wines, thus ensuring excellent durability and quality.
