Ilaria Salvetti

Ilaria Salvetti is attentive to quality and sustainability. She is committed to carrying on a family tradition with twelve years of experience, inspired by winemaking tradition of her grandfather Talin. 2018 is her fifth vintage of Caluso DOCG traditional method. Ilaria cultivates her vineyard in the heart of the historical territory of Erbaluce. On the hills of the Ivrea morainic amphitheatre. Ilaria is known for her passion for the Erbaluce grape variety.
